I haven't received my item yet what do i do? Could someone please help me with this asap please?

I haven't recieved my item yet it was posted on Friday from Ultimo NSW & is going to Swan Hill Vic shoud it have arrived by now? or is it still on its way?. Could someone please help me with this? There is no way for me to track it as i assume the seller is using the old red satchels which don't have tracking so i have no idea where it is. If someone could help me with what to do next that would be great thanks.
