Hi, i bought an item from the uk which is faulty, they sent a new item which was also faulty. They have asked me to send items back via freepost return so they can test the items. I have no problem with this as they are being very helpful with trying to correct the issue.

Because of the amount of time it has taken to send these items internationally, the resolution center cut off date is tomorrow.

Do i open a case and still send the item back? As i want to keep dealing with the seller but i want to know that im covered.

Any info about how i can go about this would be great. (eg what to put the case down as, and how the free return address system works)

Thank You,

you CANNOT use freepost on international mail.... and you need to send registered to cover youself if you open and escalate a paypal claim today.

you'' ll only be covered if you send to the address PAYPAL give you and by a trackable means, anything else will void any protection paypal offers
