i escalated this on the 19th through paypal i checked my case on the 23rd and it showed it was waiting for a reply from the seller i just came onto ebay to have a look at how my case was going only to find a message telling me i only had until the 21st to open a case and it was now too late i can find nothing about my open case on paypal the seller keeps sending me ebay messages saying they sent the item on the 8/12/13 with a tracking number that shows nothing only that its been lodged for postage and then again to ask me to check my postage address which was correct can anyone tell me what has happened
