I purchased a Mobile Phone And it is faulty .I have sent two emails about this but have had no reply

What can I do about this as it is over a week

I have spent over 2 hrs with the phone but it will not recognise my SIM cards
Sometimes it accepts SIM 1 and not other times and when I enter SIM 2 it reconises neither so I will be returning it as faulty
