On the ad on eBay, they sell 10 X 120CM slim ceiling batten lights 40 W so I went ahead and paid for them and received order number ARWD6 19983.

The purchase was through this company, brisk-footstep for $ 42.00 Dollars.

On the details section, I put in a 1 meaning one pack of ten they advertise on the ad. but I only received one light fitting for the $ 42 dollar cost. (I thought it was a good deal as I purchased these 10 lights before from other websites on eBay.)

The sender is REMOVEDof Regents Park who advertises contact details and a phone number, this to is disconnected so Telstra tells me so I tried to email but it too is not working.

So that leaves me without being able to contact the supplier without traveling to the Regents Park premises.

Can you help me with this issue?

Thank you

Rudolf

is it this one?

https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/10x-LED-Slim-Ceiling-Batten-Light-Daylight-60CM-90CM-120CM-Coolwhite-650...

If so, you may have bought 1.....if you click on 10....it's $134

Check the ad for the one YOU bought.....does it read the same?

In saying all I have below.....I think you have the ability for an item not described case:

1) where on earth is their stock?

2) their listings state 10 in the title (not just the 1 you bought) - this is MISLEADING

3) their image of AU and the Australian Flag are incorrect

4) there is an ability to report any of their items >>>>Report item (in blue, above the item number)

Good luck!

This is in the description of current ad:

  • 1 x Slim batten ceiling light
  • 1 x Surface mounting set
  • 1pc/ box

and this:

All the items will be dispatched within 1 business day after receipt of payment.

All the items sent out from the UK Warehouse.

All the items will be shipped via Royal mail & Hermes,APC Express delivery(Next working day)..and usually arrives within 1-5 business days(not include weekends and holidays)

The seller you name is in Hong Kong

Why can you not send the seller a message via eBay as would be the normal process?

If you are unhappy with their reply, or get none at all, open an item not as described dispute (assuming you are within the time limit

Buying such an item from a seller in Homg Kong is very risky. And a fire hazard . Far from a good deal
