I recently purchased 2 ceiling fans,entered the 20% discount.But still paid full price

I recently purchased 2 ceiling fans($99 each),put the promo 20% off in before checkout,the total came up as $158.40.Only to find out that I still paid the full price of $198.00.Contacted seller & the said..Sorry for the confusion,even when the code is entered correctly.our invoices show full amount,as the 20% discount is applied through the back end with Ebay/PayPal.Please check your PayPay account as the discount is usually refunded as a seperate transaction

If you still have an issue-I recommend contacting Ebaydirectly.As this is an Ebay Promotion they will be able to offer more assistance.

Question is checked PayPal account & balance is zero,any idea's how & where I could find out where they have put the $.
