Seller does not refund
@ hel_882484
Just a tip, but in light of the numerous refunds you've received as shown in your feedback left for others, if you've filed claims for them all under eBay's MBG, you may find your buying account restricted or even suspended by eBay in the near future.
It's classed as 'Abusing eBay's buyer protection program' - excessive disputes
You certainly have terrible luck with items not arriving
Almost all your feedback comments on the first page say items did not arrive
And you should be aware of the correct process for getting a refund by now
Not all sellers refund without a dispute being opened
Other members cannot see anything from the order number
What was the item number?
When was it due?
Did the seller provide tracking?
Are you checking feedback before you buy?
Look at their feedback, which is lousy, they have a history of doing this and are registered in China - say no more.
If the item hasn't arrived by the latest estimated delivery date, you need to follow correct procedure by opening a request for item not received, and you need to follow it through. If the eligibility requirements have been met, you will be covered by the MBG.
As long are not out of pocket, it really doesn't make any difference to you if the seller provides the refund or not - that's an issue for eBay to address.
I am not sure that I would be buying on line if I were you. You seem to have so much bad luck. Maybe check seller feedback better prior to purchase.
