I bought an item 2 weeks ago that started as a 0.01c auction. Seller has refused to sell me the item because i got it so cheap.
Any suggestions what to do next?

Mate I would contact the seller once more and try to come to some sort of agreement. If you still are unable to come to a successful resolution I would definately leave a negative feedback saying something along the lines of Won Auction > Seller Refused to Sell > Unhappy Customer!
