ITEM NOT RECEIVED AND PAYPAL DID NOT REFUND

Hi there

 

I escalated a dispute to a claim since I didn't get an item I bought a while ago.

 

The item was sent by STANDARD POSTAGE, not registered since I contacted the seller and she told me that. PayPal has decided not to refund my money at all, so in the end I have no money and no item (I paid with PayPal).

 

What should I do now? Why is that? I am very upset with PayPal as I thought I would get a refund.

 

Any advice? I tried to contact the seller and no answer anymore!

Hi

I talked to the seller and she was actually a bit rude saying she wouldn't give me a refund.

I had a few cases in the past where items where lost and I always got a refund but not this time.

I am a bit concerned with all this situation since I am not sure if PayPal is really realiable anymore. I lost quite a lot of money.
