A seller listed an auction  item starting at 0.01...I placed a bid and no - one else did. I thoguht I had won it then find that the seller had cancelled the item after the auction ended...I haVE BOUGFHT MANY ITEMS FROM THIS SELLER BEFORE..iS THIS ALLOWED?
