I recently paid over $700 for a large and heavy item that listed as 'new'. I had a friend pick it up locally and then paid approx 150.00 to ship it interstate. The item is in fact used and doesn't fuction completely. The seller is unwilling to discuss resolution.
If I lodge a paypal dispute can it be resolved with a partial refund or is the only resolution returning the item and a full refund.
I'd be happy to keep the item at a reduced price.
