Incomplete product and / or incorrect connections / wiring

Purchased an AU Portable 6880 Ah Car Jump Starter Power Bank 4USB Backup Booster Charger 12V in 2017. The unit was charged and recently when trying to use it to start a boat motor it was discovered the wiring connection is incorrect and/or the device is missing the connection between the power pack unit and the battery clamps. The same applies to the tyre pump device ie. at the end of both the battery clamps and tyre pump unit there is a dual 2 female pin connection with no way of connecting them to either unit.

I realise this goes back to the purchase in last half of 2017 and only recently it was needed in an emergency situation.

Could you please advise how these units can be connected as I believe there is a cable(s) missing or they are not designed to Australian standards.
