I'm very knowlagable of how eBay works, but I'm not sure if there is some rule about this somewhere.
To keep it short,
i've ran into 2 chinese sellers that in one way or anther said they will refund me but haven't after multiple reminders I have not been refunded after sevral weeks of them agreeing to refund me.
So I'm wondering if sellers saying they will do something such as a refund, but don't, is against ebay rules and something I can contact ebay support over to get the refunds?
