Is there a better way to report misleading advertisements?

When I search for flat sheets (bed) under $10, I see sponsored ads stating $8.99. When I click through and select the size, color, it shows $37.99
I reported the item, which only shows a set of choices and no room for explanation.
Is there a better way to report these ads - this seems a very common practice.
