Purchasing an item from the UK, that seems suspicious. Have received an eBay generated invoice, detailing that the seller has AUD4900 in an eBay account that has now been frozen for 30 days, to cover my purchase of AUD3800, should the purchase not arrive or a refund is requested. Is this right? I am new to eBay and have discussed this with another eBay user who has never heard of this.
