Is there anywhere on-ebay that I can read-up about buying/bidding on a used car on e-bay? Does all the checks have to be done before biddin

I want to bid on a used car on e-bay. Over $22 000.  I will go and inspect car tomorrow.  i am a female and I dont want to be taken for a ride. What tests should be done and do you do all these checks before bidding?  I've never purchased a car.
