Hi,
I would like to know what you think I should do about this situation. I recently bought a piece of china from the UK and in the listing it said no chips or cracks. I asked if it had any staining-the answer was no.
It arrived well packaged and on inspection the china was found to have several old chips.
I emailed the seller and provided 5 photo's of the evidence including markings on the china that would identify that it was theirs(they were in the same photo)
She has since replied back that her other photo's do not show any damage and they could have been done in transit(not likely-my opinion).
Now she is asking me what I want to do about it. It is too cost prohibitive to post back (for what I paid for it) but I did buy in good faith that it had no chips.
What do you think I should do?
Thanks
