I bought an iPad that was listed as wifi + 3G. It said it was 3G in the title and the description. When it arrived it was wifi only model. I asked seller for return and they said it was sold for parts only and If I could read I would have known that it was not 3G. They said they will not refund my money. How do I go about getting my money back?
