Item not described properly

Hoping someone can help. I've bid on an item on some chairs which are described as orange but after bidding I realised there was more than one picture and the second picture has a completely different picture with a different orange chair. I emailed the seller after I'd bid and before the aution was finished to ask to clarify what I was biddiing on and got no response. I then sent another email to ask the same question and no response. 3/4 emails down no response to my question so I'm not clear on which chair is actually for sale. I have not paid as I think the seller has not adequately described what they have sold and I have very nicely asked them to clarify. What do I do. I can pay cash on pickup or via paypal. Not so keen to pay until I get a response?? Am I in trouble if I refuse to pay until I"m clear on what I"ve purchased?
