Hi - I ordered two items from an overseas supplier and these haven't been received despite interactions with the seller (episodic responses) and Australia Post. When I went to escalate this with eBay, the order and purchase weren't shown in my account despite confirming emails and my bank account being debited. Now when I'm seeking eBay human intervention, I can't go anywhere as actions are triggered by ... the purchase that is meant to be listed in my account. The seller is claiming he's tried to refund but it didn't work - paid via PayPal. Seller doesn't appear to ave sought help from eBay to facilitate a refund.
Any suggestions about how to engage eBay in person would be appreciated.
I'm having the same issue right now. This has not been resolved and I don't know how to contact ebay about this.
Are you saying you have changed the drop down menu in your purchase history, as already advised above?
Or is this from the seller in China who left you feedback?
Were you logged into to your own account when you purchased, or did you buy as a guest?
