Item not received.

I made a purchase on 28.3 and paid via paypal. I have the Paypal details but the item has never  turned up . The purchase does not show when I list my purchases on ebay. What can I do.

If the item doesn't show  on your Purchase History Page after you've  used the drop down box  option  'See orders'   try searching in the box above : 'Search Your Orders'

Did you buy on this account, as a guest or sign in through social media?

What was the estimated delivery date?

Have you changed the drop down menu in purchase history?

What was the item number?

Have you contacted the seller?
