Item not received.

I paid for a book (14th January) I won in auction (Item ID 251211318100), the seller never indicated the item was sent on the 'my ebay' page, and after the estimated delivery date in the item description and the date in the payment confirmation email came and went I have still not received the item I've paid for. I have contacted the seller twice without a response. Should I open a 'case' with ebay? Advice is appreciated. Thank you . . . Michele

As the seller is not responding to messages then open a dipsute for item not received and this might prompt a reply.

Give it a few days and if still nothing or no resolution then escalate to a claim.
