Made Bank deposit but seller claims to not recive it, what do i do?

I have deposited the amount i owed to a seller and she on the 17th it is now the 19th, she claims to no have recived the amount, and i have personaly deposited the amount in the bank myself, so i have the recipt and have gone o the bank and ask if the deposit was correct and with the correct name and number, and it was. thought the seller still claims she has not recived the amount even i have told her this. She has asked me to message her the account details i deposited to, and it was the one appointed on ebay bank deposit checkout. i just need to know if i can do something about this, if it continues to be the same case. to me it dose seem very accurate, has there been issues like this and how do i resolve it? Im willing go further and dispute it, even if i cant on ebay, can someone give me pointers of what i can do?
