Hello! I won an auction and paid it thru paypal but it was refused. Seller told me to do bank deposit but when I asked for invoice to be changed he said I just deposit payment and he'll give me tracking number. How can the transaction be completed on Ebay if it the payment mode is still paypal. Should I pay him? What should I do? I'm not protected with bank deposit on Ebay if I do that. Can anyone advice me please. Thanks
