My order 29/`0/23 they sent wrong product. I returned sane to supplier with photos and letter explaining their mistake. They received the return on 9/11/23 7.45am Have heard nothing since. Please follow up JH

And eBay will not help you if you have just done your own thing instead of following the correct process
Sending the item back 'with a letter' is not how you go about getting your money back
You need to read the buying basics so you know what to do if the same thing happens again

Open an item not as described dispute and follow through with it
You are not covered by the money back guarantee if you just do your own thing
Given the seller you chose to buy from has beyond terrible feedback, it is not surprising you did'nt get what you ordered
