Which rating to give a seller. Coffee machine described as new, with 'free' pods and more pods could be obtained from a website.
Machine arrives, pods still wrapped and makes good coffe. Except
The Seller has declined to reply to my queries, saying only sold as-is. This person continues to sell these machines and pods. I have not left any negative feedback before but essentially once my included (past expiry) pods are gone the machine is useless. Shame as the coffee is not bad, but expensive per cup now!
What feedback would others give?
The listing was definitely deceptive as it stated: "The capsules come in an array of flavours including different blends of coffee, varieties of tea, hot chocolate and soup from the monodor store. "
It failed to mention that store is not available in Australia.
If the seller makes no effort to help then give the seller the feedback he/she deserves.
I did a bit of research to see if I could find any mention of a compatible coffee capsule. I found this:
"The partnership with Monodor SA allows Lavazza to continue and expand the success of its ’Espresso Point’ concept with a new capsule system. Under the brand Lavazzy Blue, Lavazza.p.A. holds the licence for the production, commercialisation and distribution of the Monodor concept for all countries except Switzerland."
The website in Australia for Lavazza Blue is bluepod.com.au
It might be worth trying to source a sample to try first.
If Lavazza Blue is not the right capsule then message me and I will try to help you find the right one. However, if Lavazza Blue does turn out to be the right capsule then please tell your seller to inform his other buyers. Someone just won the same machine for $272.00.
Good luck
Sonia
