Non-arrival of item ordered and paid for last November.

An item I ordered and paid for last November has not arrived depite emails from ebay and another entity saying it has been sent, and despite my numerous emails to ebay (to most of which I didn't receive a reply).

Please do not ask me for order or other refence numbers; my name is sufficient to find and follow the audit trail.

What say someone at ebay gives me a telephone call - that would be a nice change from the indiffence shown to date.
