how do I find my parts or I get my$16.80 back?
Far too late to do anything through eBay or Paypal - eBay has 30 days after the final ETA of the item, and Paypal 180 days from the purchase date. You could try a credit card chargeback if you paid that way but most banks only go to 6 months max.
