If you haven’t received an item for which you paid, you must open a refund request/claim under eBay’s MBG within 30 days of the latest estimated delivery date (EDD).

If you received a wrong/faulty/fake/not-as-described item, you must open a return request within 30 days of receiving the item. Upon seller agreeing and providing you with return postage label, you must return the item to the address provided in the claim, sending the item within the specified period of time. (Usually something like 3 business days.) Seller has 3 business days from receiving returned item to issue refund. Proof of delivery will show in the tracking with delivery status.

If seller doesn’t refund after receiving returned item, buyer must ask eBay to step in (escalate the case). The option will show in the dispute/case.

If seller hasn’t agreed to refund (either requesting item be returned or refunding without need to return), or offered partial refund if you are happy to keep the item on that basis - that is, if seller hadn’t provided satisfactory resolution to the claim (within the claim itself) - within 3 business days, then the seller has in effect failed to resolve the issue within the required timeframe. At that point the option to escalate and ask eBay to step in will appear. Select this option.

Note that the case will close automatically within 21 days of the buyer opening it. If it closes automatically, it will mean NO REFUND and it cannot be reopened.

Have you followed these steps?

If it’s been more than 30 days since you received your item or since it should have arrived, you are no longer covered by eBay’s Money Back Guarantee.

If you paid by PayPal, you have 180 days under its Buyer Protection. Ask here for further information.

You also have the option of having your bank do a chargeback if you paid via credit or debit card. However, don’t open a chargeback request before you try PayPal, and NEVER do both at the same time.

How did you 'ask eBay' ?  (what did you do)

Had you bought from this seller?

If so, did you open the appropriate dispute and follow through with it?

What did the seller do that was bad?

You are asking other members to help you, but impossible to know how to help you based on what you have posted
