Hi, I ordered 2 lots of batteries delivery due betweeen 7th - 17th November. I still have't received them. I have tried to contact the seller but on the site there is no space provided to ask questions regarding the outstanding order. I can tick a box saying order not received but there is no other area to communicate with them so as to solve the problem Please advise my next step.

You need to contact the seller. Go to My Ebay, select the outstanding item, and click "More Actions:
You're given a choice of "Contact Seller" or "I didn't receive it".
If you choose "Contact Seller", you get this:
Select the top one to contact the seller, and ask them directly about your item. Or select "I didn't receive my item" to ask the seller for more details.
