I’m having an issue returning an item. Going to fair trading, then ombudsmen and

Westpac  as the item isn’t as described. Do the rounds

To add, going to your bank, to do a charge back is the last step you should be taking to get your money back

First is an eBay dispute

then PayPal, if you paid that way

then bank

But I doubt any bank will get your money back for an item you having willing purchased and have failed to follow the correct process for a refund from the buyer first

Nobody from eBay reads here so they are not going to read your threats/tantrum

Your not knowing how basic things about buying is not a valid reason to waste the time of the parties you mention, no matter how many times you post the same thing

In  your other post , you mentioned you've opened / lodged a return with eBay.

If you've opened a Return > Item Not As Described case   through eBay's Money Back Guarantee

https://www.ebay.com.au/help/policies/ebay-money-back-guarantee-policy/ebay-money-back-guarantee-pol...

The seller has 3 business days to respond with either a  label for return tracked postage or a refund.

If the seller does nothing you can 'ask eBay to step in'.

What  has happened so far ?

Good luck with that.

If your talking about an item you've purchased on eBay, then you'd be far better served to follow correct procedure. Step one is to open a return request, and go from there. What type of issue are you having?

I'm pretty sure that pestering people who have nothing to do with your transaction won't be very productive.
