I’m having an issue returning an item. Going to fair trading, then ombudsmen and

Westpac  as the item isn’t as described. Do the rounds

To add, going to your bank, to do a charge back is the last step you should be taking to get your money back 

First is an eBay dispute

then PayPal, if you paid that way

then bank

But I doubt any bank will get your money back for an item you having willing purchased and have failed to follow the correct process for a refund from the buyer first
