Overcharge on postage.

I purchased some items last week and asked the seller how much it would cost to send and had a reply $29.50, so I bid and won the item. When the parcel arrived the actual cost of postage is $13.35.

I did bid knowing the postage cost would be the higher amount, because the items where bulky but was still suprised, so messaged the seller and asked why the difference in cost.$16.15 difference.
The seller said that they used the AP website and by cubic size that was the cost but when they went to the post office  they were charged a lower price.I have since messaged them back and asked if that was fair but have had no response so far.

Do you think that they are in the right for keeping the extra money or do you think I should be happy that I got the goods I  bid for well knowing what the postage would be?

Not sure what feedback to leave. thanks.
