For the following items I have been patiently waiting for they delivery or communication with no outcome.

Some input would help before I take further action - NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH HURDLES IN eBAY BEFORE.

It can easily take 10 working days for items to travel within Australia, so you are not outside that yet.

I would give it till early next week, and then if the sellers do not reply to emails, open item not received disputes for the items paid by paypal.

For the item paid by bank deposit, you have opted for no buyer protection, so you will just have to hope that seller is honest.
