As a buyer of items internationally there is no option to pay on installments. Afterpay is available for most sellers in Australia. 

Internationally there is ZERO option for this and it limits buying power, international shipping on eBay is outlandish as it is. 

Does anyone know when and if eBay are going to get their asses into gear and make a pay in 4 program or zip pay available? 

It's a real pain in the ass that this is not available, it's the only website where it's not, every other shop has pay in installments options. eBay, get with the times and the program!

I have never used it or registered for it, but if you have a PayPal account you could try applying for "Pay in 4":

PayPal Pay in 4 | Buy Now, Pay Later | PayPal AU

I think it should work on eBay, or do you mean it does not work on eBay when you say when will eBay make Pay in 4 available?

Hiya, I have pay in 4 option on PayPal, this doesn't work on all sites, and certainly not eBay.

I can't seem to use this comment thing properly. I wrote something quite long and it just said it timed out and didn't post it. Anyway, eBay does not allow to use pay in 4 by PayPal. I have that option on other sites but not eBay. Sellers have the options to properly weigh and measure height of items to lower the cost to buyers, but surely they can't be doing this if the shipping for something a few grams is $80-$90 .... absolute criminal insanity. Stops me buying quite a bit. I also read that sellers do have other options apart from GSP but the sellers i buy from in USA and UK seem to only use this shipping method and it SUX man, it honestly feels like a punishment, thrashes the wallet...many a time the shipping costs more than the item. Its ridiculous and it really is a big issue that doesn't seem to be addressed by eBay, ever.
