Need some suggestions to my issue
I recently purchased an item and paid with paypal.
The payment appeared as UNCLAIMED and after discussing with the seller i found out he had an incorrect email address listed (.com instead of .com.au).
I cancelled the payment and asked the seller to resend the invoice with correct details.
But the seller has sent me a payment request through paypal and not through ebay. email i recieved says "... would like to be paid through Paypal"
My question is,
is this the correct way to complete the transaction?
Is this now outside of ebay?
Would i still be covered since its not going through ebay?
