This is what my purchase history for the undelivered item still said today [10th June '23]

My last correspondence with the seller was on 3rd June, when I requested that the promised refund be sent to me as early as possible. I had sent details on 30th May to allow a direct deposit. I have received no refund nor any further communication from the seller.

What are my options through eBay in these circumstances?

padi... the OP mentioned "direct deposit"... I wonder if they paid by that method.

Why would anyone give a seller bank details. ??

They could well have paid by direct deposit through eBay. Makes no difference - the refund needs to be through eBay

What's your point - of course it has to be through eBay - so why give the seller bank details. ????
