This is what my purchase history for the undelivered item still said today [10th June '23]
My last correspondence with the seller was on 3rd June, when I requested that the promised refund be sent to me as early as possible. I had sent details on 30th May to allow a direct deposit. I have received no refund nor any further communication from the seller.
What are my options through eBay in these circumstances?
Cease communicating with the seller and open a dispute with eBay's MBG
