I just purchased articles in Canada and when I paid via PayPal I was charged GST and I see I have just been charged by Ebay additional GST (Australia) - why?
The GST charge collected by Paypal for eBay's GST payment to the government is shown as a separate deposit to (I think) an ANZ account.
That's probably what you're seeing.
