Buyers cannot cancel and it is a 2 step process to make it impossible to accidentally purchase.
You can message the seller and ask if they will cancel but the seller is not obligated to doing so as they are cherged fees immediately an item is sold.
You could pay for it and resell it yourself or gift it to someone.
If it is just in your cart, you haven't committed yet and can delete from the cart.
