Iv paid for an item but i accidently clicked on cancel order. how do i recall that cancel request please?

You can't.
The seller needs to refund and the cancellation to complete then you purchase again.
If you paid via PayPal the seller has lost those fees as PP doesn't reimburse fees any longer.
So if you are buying again, I would pay an extra 3% to cover the fees lost on the previous transaction.
