How to contact ebay about a current case request that has now been open for over 2 weeks

Hi,

I have searched on my standard ebay pages for a way to contact ebay in regards to an open requested case. This case has now been open for over two weeks (3 weeks by the end of this week).

I have some additional information for ebay that may help them in deciding on the case.

Is there a contact phone number or an e-mail address or some way i can make contact with ebay about this ?

Go to resolution centre by selecting account then in the left margin is RC.

You should see the case there and be able to upload additional information.

If not, to contact eBay select help at the top of eBay pages.
