Was on ebay mobile and thought the shoes I bid on was a size 9 but they are an 8, and will not fit. Can I retract the bid?

To retract a bid you need to click on the bid history (this is accessed by clicking on the number of bids on the listing page). Once on that page you will see the link to retract.
If you cant find this, there is also a link in the left hand column on the Site Map page linked from the bottom of any eBay page.
