I purchased an item last night and noticed this morning that the address was incorrect.

I have asked the seller to change the address as the parcel has not been posted.  She indicated she cannot do this as she has charge US only but my original address was in Australia where I live.  I have tried to cancel the order to start again.  But I need to contact the seller which I have done.  Can you please advise?  Anne

Is the item being sent via GSP? The seller is correct; she only sends domestically and the parcel is then repackaged and prepared for international despatch at the Pitney Bowes warehouse.

 

If the seller has already despatched the item, it’s too late for her to cancel. PB won’t be contactable for you to change the address. All you can do is see if you can redirect the parcel once it’s en route to Australia.

 

NOTE: the GSP is relatively costly but very very slow shipping.
