Item saying its delieved

Hi i have purchase a item and its saying its been delivered registered post ,if i havent signed anything how could it be delieved has anybody have had to same issue

I have had this happen to me a couple of times. Once when the Seller uploaded the wrong tracking number, and another time when it was delivered to the wrong address. Contact the Seller and let them know, then if it is Australia Post Contact them as well, if by Courier, contact them.  Both of my parcels turned up, so don't panic yet.
