Item was not received even though post office says it was delivered.

I purchased two items from a seller who posted them. However, i did not recieve them and tracking says they were delivered. Post office is non responsive. I am out of my money and the items.

If you are on Facebook, I have found Australia Post to be more willing to 'care' if you post a complaint on their facebook page
