Ebay Customer Service arranged a refund because of failed delivery. Item was deliverd today - four weeks later. I can't contact EBay. Customer service case 5126347730 has been closed. Any advice will be appreciated.
I contacted my seller and told them my item arrived yesterday and I want to pay them so we arranged to buy something again. Just contact the seller and let them know.
