Open a returns request for refund under the Money Back Guarantee. Item Not As Described (arrived damaged); include photo showing the damage. Seller is responsible for return postage and if they cannot provide that, refund will probably be actioned without return requirement — but you must open the request/case/dispute first.
Check the MBG Help page for the timeframes. Don’t go beyond those timeframes because they are strictly adhered to.
