I placed an order as 'GUEST'. I've not received an order confirmation and I've requested one however the link ebay sends does not work. My account has been debited $199.00 from Ebay Commerce Pty Ltd.
I cannot contact anyone. I've emailed the seller and no response at all, also as all of you would be aware you can't physically contact ebay with your problems.
"If you can't find your guest order confirmation email, select the button below and we'll send you a link to your order details"

I'm confused with your "emailing" and "messaging".
The reason I advised you to contact the seller through a current listing is because unless you bought with your eBay ID, I don't think you'll be able to contact them through a completed listing.
"Their website", do you mean a different website or their listings on Ebay ?
Please remember it's the weekend and sellers may not respond until Monday.
As a last resort, go to eBay Help, follow the prompts until you get to the automated assistant and ask to speak to a supervisor.
Best of luck with it and give the seller a chance.
Remember it's not the seller's fault that you haven't received a confirmation email from eBay or the fact that when you click on the eBay Guest link to your orders, it doesn't work
