Report eBay scam email

Hi I would like to report an email my wife received. I’m the only eBay. Account holder so this must be a scam.  This is the Email she received. Her Email address has been redacted

You are only telling other members by posting here

That is a genuine email that was sent to all members by eBay, so if that is not a username anyone who uses your computer has ever used, simply ignore 

Do not click on any links in the email, do it through your account directly 

What is said in the email IS really actually happening 

so if you do not want to your information to be used for 'bot training' read through the other threads on the forum about the subject
