Returned refund

Bought an item which had one or two damages .

After discussing it with the seller. I agreed to a $160 refund an get to keep the item.

They said they refunded me. But I have'nt received it.

Again i contacted the seller who said they refunded me the money around the 14 of Auigust and

that i should discuss it with you.

I don't understand how the refund works and where the is gone.

When I refund a buyer the money goes straight back into your Paypal account. You should have it by now. Thats three weeks ago.

Also if you go back to your purchase there will be Ebay options there to cancel the transaction and ask for a refund.

You should contact Ebay if you havent recieved the money.

That's FIVE weeks ago.

And nothing to do with eBay. Refunds don't go through them unless the seller is on MP. Way out of time for ANY eBay action. Especially cancellation, which requires the seller to initiate. Which won't happen as the item has been delivered.

Unless YOU are the seller???
